Our team of Chartered Building Surveyors has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of property and is able to advise on the design, the construction, the condition or the repair and maintenance of buildings. We regularly project manage, monitor, specify, tender and administer contracts for the construction of new buildings and extensions. We are also involved with the alteration, repair, refurbishment and reinstatement of existing properties.

Our Building Surveyors act for either landlords or tenants in dilapidation disputes both during and at the end of the term of a lease. In addition we are experienced in the preparation of schedules of condition prior to the signing of a lease. With constant changes introduced in legislation, we are specialists in Party Wall procedures, the Disabled Discrimination Act and all aspects of the Health and Safety Legislation.
