Our Commercial Agency activities concentrate in south Hampshire and West Sussex. We deal mainly with industrial and office property. Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors act for occupiers, investors and Local Authorities in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property. We also instigate new development projects working with developer clients, and we have several new projects in hand at the present time. Our commercial acquisition advice co-ordinates all of the specialist elements of the business, including advice on value, condition, repairs, maintainence, management, planning and rating. Other specialist professional areas include rent reviews, lease renewals, compensation and development appraisals. Our marketing activities combine old and new methods. We have an ever-increasing number of boards on display and conduct regular mailings to our target markets. We are also now using a number of commercial property websites, in addition to our own, in order to provide initial information to enquirers.
