Isle of Wight Staff

David Wiggins, BSc(Hons), MRICS is Partner-in-Charge of the office and has been working as a Chartered Surveyor on the Island since 1990. He is well known in the local property and business communities and is currently Chairman of the Isle Of Wight Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Local Association.

John Leal, MRICS has been working on the Island since 1998 and has a wealth of experience on residential surveys and valuations. He is also an accredited Energy Assessor for residential and commercial properties.

The Architectural Services Department at our Fareham Office undertake building design and produce drawings for a wide range of purposes. They have full Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems. Current Isle Of Wight projects include a 150,000 square foot commercial and residential development. The Newport office is acting as joint sole agents on the sale of this development site.

With our colleagues in the Building Surveying and Architectural Services Departments of our Fareham Office, we are able to provide a complete commercial property service not available from other firms on the Island.
