Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivership

We have been actively involved in LPA Receiverships since 1991 and we have developed a reputation for being specialist advisers in respect of property debt management and recovery, customer support and LPA Receiverships for all types of property throughout Southern England. Every appointment is individual and has its own specific requirements and by including other specialist departments within the business, we are able to deal with all LPA Receivership appointments in house, from initial enquiry right through to final recovery. This can include the ‘build out’ of part completed projects and encompasses rent collection all marketing and management requirements.

Chris Daniells and Richard Huffer hold a significant number of LPA Receivership appointments and provide specialist advice to a number of major banks and lending institutions.

We are appointed consultant surveyors to Lloyds TSB Wholesale Banking Recoveries, a relationship which we are very proud of.
