We are able to carry out valuations for mortgage purposes and we are panel valuers to a number of lending institutions. We also undertake RICS Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys and have a dedicated team to act upon your instructions. On the Isle of Wight we are the nominated surveyors for Allied Surveyors Plc. Valuations for insurance, matrimonial, taxation, litigation and other purposes are also regularly undertaken.

Our General Practice team of surveyors are commercial panel valuers for a number of banks and building societies and are able to assist in the valuation and assessment of all commercial property and development propositions. Should more detailed inspections and surveys be required, our Chartered Building Surveyors can become involved to enable us to offer a complete service to clients looking for advice on the acquisition, relocation, or re-organisation of their business premises. We have already been successful as acquisition surveyors in a number of prominent transactions relating to both leasehold and freehold interests.
